  • Shipping damage

  • Damage caused by installer or customer during unpacking

  • Improper installation by customer or installer

  • Installed without an outdoor-rated GFCI outlet and surge protector

  • Weather damage including floods, lighting, tornado, hurricane, hail, high winds, sandstorms, or acid rain

  • Installed in a vertical or inverted manner (Sideways, Upside down)

  • Installed in an area where constant water from lawn sprinklers or misting systems within 5 feet from the bottom of the TV

  • Installed within 10 feet of water

  • Installed without proper ventilation

  • Installed over a fireplace without a mantel, less than 3 feet above the opening

  • Submerged in water

  • Installed inside spas, saunas, or steam rooms

  • Damage incurred by vandalism

  • Removal of any components that were installed by sealoc, which include, but are not limited to any stand-offs, power plugs, vents, wrap material, serial # tags or stickers
